The road transport of goods is safe or not depend on many factors relevant to driver. However, to take a driving test each year is not the best way to make the road transport of good safer. Taking all method together should be applied in order to make benefit maximse. the first way, the consiousness of driver is core factor. at the time they drive car whether they drink alcohol, usinh dope or not or mental heatlth is good. Many accident happened because drunk driver or in the state of unawake. So, to improve this problem, the method is to propagandize and apply punishment to violation. Secondly, the quality of the road also affects to the safe of the taking transport. On that road, it should have enough signs, lines or lights. the road surface need to repair regularly. thirdly, the vehicle traffic on the road must be in the usable state. The officers often take the test all the vehicles to make sure that it is not overdate. In conclusion, the fee for drivig test now is quite high and contestant take a lot of time to take a test. Some people dispite of taking the test still make an accident for above reasons. So, I assume that taking a driving test each year is not the best way to make the road transport safer.

This essay will tell the reason supporting my point of view. To begin with, all drivers have done a driving test at least one time to receive a driver license. In fact, they already acquire the most basic knowledge and skills in driving a car. For instance, the driver is drowsy or can not control firmly on narrow road, ... To overcome mental problems while driving, the only way is to improve experience. People should drive more to increase the feeling. On the other hand, The existence of driving rules is essential. There must be reasonable fines for the driver to learn from experience. For example, pay fines or remove driver's license, ... In conclusion, I believe that there is no need to ask drivers to do a driving test every year. Instead, it should help drivers become more aware of their car's control.

In the modern world, roads are the easiest and cheapest way to transport important commodities from one place to another. However, some people concern about the safety of products and believe drivers should participate in a driving test every year. Meanwhile, I believe it is an uneccessary and financial burden to the drivers. There are some good sides of taking a driving test annually. First of all, it will increase driving skills and make them more skilled. At the same time, it could reduce road accidents dramatically due to having skilled drivers on the roads. As a result, it might be a reason to have economic growth of a country because due to road accidents every year, lots of goods are wasted. On the other hand, applying for a test every year could be time-consuming and expensive. Not everyone is capable to pay for the test, therefore, they will lose their job for not having a license which could lead them to a poor life. Also, drivers might not have other skills, so it might be difficult for them to get another job. Moreover, some drivers might be busy on the roads, they might be not able to manage enough time to attend the test so they could be jobless all of sudden. In conclusion, even there are some benefits of the test in every year but overall it is not feasible for everyone to pay the fees and manage time to take the test.
