Nowadays, the population is gradually increasing. Natural resources like energy, forests are being decreasing, especially the supply of fresh water. Some people think that governments should strictly control the supply of fresh water, while others think it should not be regulated. In my opinion, I would argue that it is better to control the supply of fresh water.
The opinion to We should control the supply of fresh water because it is a limited resource. These days, many countries lack water seriously; they are using bad quality water leading to serious diseases. Moreover, the earth is hotter, the quantity of rainwater is decreasing. So the governments should strictly controls the supply of fresh water, it may help avoid water resources being exhausted.
On the other hand, some people believe that the governments should not be regulated to control the supply of fresh water. They give the reason that new technologies might filter used water to fresh water. In addition, they believe human knowledge increasing may help them save water.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that governments should strictly control the supply of fresh water.

Water is a vital natural resource that has been bestowed to humanity by nature. While some believe that freshwater usage should be regulated by the government, others believe that it should be freely available to the public. In this paper, I'll go over both points of view in depth and present evidence to back up my claims. There still are two major reasons why advocates feel that freshwater should be readily available to the general public. First and foremost, freshwater is a basic human requirement for everyday activities and should be given at no cost. Different functions, such as drinking, washing, clothing, bathing, and so on, are basic necessities for every individual without which they would perish. Furthermore, they believe that governments should ensure that rainwater collection pits are built at appropriate locations in order to boost groundwater availability during the rainy season. For example, the average rainfall in India during the past academic year was 76 percent, which is significantly greater than prior years, but governments were unable to keep it owing to a shortage of storage spaces. Others, including myself, believe that strong policies should steer people in the proper direction to utilize water in a restricted manner in order to conserve it for future generations. Normal water facilities are only available to the wealthy areas due to a lack of good administration, placing the poor in a bind. Many gated communities, for examples, are unconcerned about it, despite the fact that they consume 77 percent of water in Hyderabad, according to figures from a well-known news program. Aside from that, the misuse of this natural capital is another cause of this occurrence. For amusement and enjoyment, many resorts and hotels, for example, use millions of gallons in games and swimming pools. To summarize, many individuals believe that government laws should manage freshwater distribution, while others believe that there should be no price for using it. I totally agree that local governments should rigorously supervise its use because it is a basic need for everyone and should be shared equally between the affluent and the poor.

On the one hand, there are several reasons why water should be restricted due to the fact that is it the most indispensable part of human beings’ life. Specifically, water helps us survive and concentrate better if we drink a lot of water on a daily basis. The more water they use, the more good metabolism they can have. Furthermore, the strict control of water means that some unfortunate families do not have a chance to access freshwater due to its big-budget crisis. Therefore, the free usage of freshwater can somewhat help people save money, especially unwealthy households, and increase the families’ well-being.
On the other hand, although free water access brings lots of benefits to humans, it does not mean that it should be freely approached without considering its limitation. Firstly, the authority has to invest millions of dollars In constructing a water system in order to serve humans. Secondly, some people do not know how to use water efficiently, they use it excessively as they think that water is an unlimited resource. Hence, if more and more people do the same action of using water without consideration, water can be run out of someday.
In conclusion, the government should enforce some rules and regulations so that people can use them effectively rather than seriously restricted as it can have negative sides on residents’ life.
