School rules are supposed as tool to straighten and adjust children’s behaviors in order to create and orderly learning environment and teach children to comply with rules and stipulations established in school no matter who made.
Some school stipulations are created to strength children to be high discipline persons who will never give up when dealing with difficulties in life, with high discipline they always have good self-control that help them to get more success in future. In order to encourage children to follow up the rules, school should make advantaged conditions for schoolchildren to join in creating simple rules such as not stepping on the grass plot, no picking flowers, creating the rule to turn on the air conditional in class… because these makes them feel excited to follow up their rules. Besides that, let them to create rules also brings a lot benefits such as encouraging kids to own their living environment, impulse creative thinking and building teamwork spirit in school as based foundation for kids become future owners of the country.
However, schoolchildren sometimes are not grown enough to understand what rules should be applied in school then teachers always pay an important role in creating school stipulations. Firstly, based on education viewpoints and depend on specific circumstances, just teachers can catch up all problems arising in school then create suitable rules to control and straighten students into frame in time. Secondly, just teachers have got enough power to create rules or stipulations then applied disciplines on schoolchildren. In my opinion, depend on extent and scope of stipulations school can decide if children should be encouraged to join because children need to be trained to be future owners of their country.
In conclusion, school rules or stipulations need to inform and explain clearly before applying then schoolchildren can understand and follow up the rules beside some rules need to get ideas from children, make them familiar with creating and complying with the rules.
There has been a major topic of concern over the right of making rules for school-related issues in today’s society. Although some people think that learners should be entitled to giving the rules for school activities themselves, it is more prevalently believed that only masters have enough ability to do it.
On the other hand, some people advocate for the idea that teenagers should be given the right to make rules for school-related basis for several reasons. A primary reason for this is that students are prone to complying with the rules which they recommended formerly. In common cases where learners refuse to obey the regulations, the rules are often given by the school managers or instructors instead of basing on students’ desire. Hence, some teenager learners sometimes find these rules unreasonable to stick to, which results in their rule breaking. However, if these rules were created based on students’ ideas, they would not be opposed by learners. As a result, teachers are likely to manage class activities more effectively without schoolchildren opposition. Another reason to support the students’ participation in school rule making process is to make learners feel the school spirit of demorcracy that will encrourage them to study more obediently at school. An excellent illustration is that giving students the right of designing their own school uniform such as choosing their favourite colour and patterns can motivate them to wear these uniforms more frequently on school regular basis. This is completely comprehensive because students do not have to put on the compulsory set of clothes which they do not like and have a feel of being respected.
On the other hand, I strongly believe that teachers should occupy the position of making school rules because of some significant reasons. A main reason is that masters are more mature and more professional to create rules that teenagers who do have necessary education knowledge. It is obvious that teachers are trained and provided with scientific knowledge that helps student grow up in proper way. In contrast, young learners sometimes prefer doing something that may do harm to them unintentionally. Therefore, teachers are the appropriate rule makers to keep students away from negative impacts and educate them how to avoid these fatal traps in their future life. Moreover, young student’s desires vary, which can never be completely fulfilled. Besides, there is a set of social norms which teenagers may not like but still will have to respect to if they want to get on with other members in the community. Teachers impose school laws on young learners and make them get accustomed to obeying the community norms in their life, which is really vital for these learners.
In conclusion, despite the advocation of some people for giving students rights to make school rules, I firmly concur that teachers are the more appropriate people to do it for the aforementioned reasons. However, it will be likely for young learners to comply with the school rules more obediently if these school principles are made based on the ideas of both teachers and students.
There is a controversial debate about whether schoolchildren should play a part in creating regulations in their places of study. Parts of the public agree with this, while others focus on the sole role of teachers. In my opinion, the students are the centre of attention in these institutions and therefore their voices in the rules-making process must be regarded with serious consideration.
Based on those claiming teachers should be the only element to create the regulations, children are not mature for such decisions. This kind of stereotype negatively limits the ability of what they can do. The mind of such young has nothing of favoritism or racism and what they say is straightforward to the matter in such way that cannot be ignored by adults. Hence, it is wise to believe that discipline will be obeyed better when people take their children’s thoughts into account in the process of making rules for them.
People who are in favour of this issue state that the participations of children in such cases are the great way to educate them. Within the progress of creating these laws, children are taught many important skills, such as how to be logical and reasonable when making arguments, how to arrive at a compromise with each other and with their teachers and how to defend themselves against counterarguments in an appropriate manner. These activities are essential for the children to be successful in their future, especially when things get more complicated, and they have to deal with many obstacles in their daily life.
In conclusion, children must not be overlooked when considering their importance to the process of creating regulations for their schools. Also, I recommend children be carefully supervised by their teachers to ensure that their helps are relevant to the general rules applied to school. Đóng
There is a hot debate that rules at school should issue by only educators or students can give their ideas on that. In my perspective, teachers should let children take part in the building process of school rules.
On the one hand, there are many benefits in case teachers get fully powers to make rules. Educators who have comprehensive views of the whole learning process of students, so they understand what can help students become good citizens. For example, adults always know that on time is very important in life, however students usually are very lazy and unfollow schedules. Therefore, teachers issue many strictly time regulations request students obey it in order to train them about time management skill. In addition, administrators of schools have foresights on the influences of social changes on students, so through school regulations, teachers can equip for students some skills and ethical standards which can help them adapt with the changes of society.
On the second hand, educational works will get the best effectively if students can contribute their ideas in the building process of school rules. The conspicuous efficiency is that children can learn a lot of new knowledge by exchanging their opinions with other students and teachers. From that, they can understand more about why rules are extremely important, so they will comply with school regulations by their initiative. Furthermore, by this way, teachers and students are becoming closer, so teachers who can understand more about abilities of children as well as desire and family circumstance, can have proper methods in education. For instance, through collecting ideas from students, teachers can seize the change in psychology of students, from that educators can issue some rewards or punishments during learning process to stimulate students can get their best version.
In conclude, with above explanation, although children don’t have experience, however they are the people practice that rules, so I strongly support the idea that students should be involved in making rules to get the best effectively in education.
Most rules at school are created by teachers. That gives both advantages and disadvantages. For advantages, teachers can control their students. They know what is bad for them, and teachers want to prevent their students from something bad such as: alcohol, drugs, sex, and anything disturbing their studying. Therefore, teachers have decided a large number of rules. Those rules can help students better, and students can learn responsibily. But not all of them are completely good. For instance, most schools do not allow the students to use phones anytime. This is ridiculous. Anytime? Although the students should use phones for their studing in lessons when the teacher is explaining things that they have never seen before, the schools still forbid them. If phones are used for searching for documents about the lessons, why do they let the students do that? That is just one of many many unreasonable rules that teachers alone decide. In my opinion, schoolchildren should help their teachers to create rules in their schools. Children ought to be aware of things that good for them and stay away from social vices, as well. They know themselves the best. So the more they give their teachers a hand to create school rules, the better their studying will be. The rules will be used when everyone agrees them. In conclusion, I believe that people had better allow schoolchildren to show their own points of view about school rules.

Nowadays, school rules is a very important thing which affects very much to the student's life. And now I'll give my own opinion about this problems.
Firstly, to be honest, if school children create the school's rules by themselves, they will obey the rules seriously. They will remember all the school's rules, do it and remind the others. They also can learn how to make decisions. It's an useful skill for them in studying, life and in the future.
Besides, the decisions of the teachers are really important, too. The teachers are mature enough to decide what the rules are. They have enough life skill and knowledge to know what is the best thing their students
Finally, in my opinion, I think we should let the children create rules by their own. And the teachers have to let them know the problems of the rules they have created and repair that. It helps children to obey the rules, get more knowledge and more independent.

Of course school children could help to creat rules in their school, they can do that, but sometimes they cant withstand their instinct.
Few of them want to revolt with their way, Domination seem very difficult to them. So that is the reason why we need teachers in their school.
Beside teaching the studying to School children, the Teachers should teach the knowledge about culture, about behavier and teach them how to stay calm, how to be the good person.

Nowadays, many hold the view that group learning is a better way to students’ study at school, while there is a body of opinion which claims that independent learning will benefit students more. In this essay I will examine both sides of the debate and give my opinion.
To begin with, it is undeniable that by studying together students can have better understanding of what they are learning. This is because other classmates will offer different perspectives about the knowledge instructed by teachers, which means that learners can absorb it in various ways when they choose group study. In addition, studying with others can help pupils learn efficiently, for this study mode can provide them with an environment where they are often required to collaborate in order to complete tasks. To be specific, students do not have to finish reading all the chapters of a book assigned by their professors and instead they should only carry out parts of them when they work with other peers.
On other hand, however, learning independently can help students acquire more knowledge. Compared with those who decide to learn in a group, they can start their learning immediately without waiting until others are ready, which can allow them to spare more time on their study and gain more. Furthermore, through leaning individually, pupils are able to concentrate on their study, as they may not be distracted by the discussion with others when there are problems occurring.
To summarize, there is no doubt that collective studying can enable students to have comprehensive knowledge and study efficiency. At the same time, however, studying alone can make it possible for students to obtain more knowledge. In the final analysis, therefore, I can only conclude that cooperative learning is superior to independent study.

Nobody would dispute the fact that everyone should obey rules in society. While some people believe that only educators are allowed to participate in making rules in school, I hold the view that young students should be involved in as well. In this essay, I will discuss both sides and give reasons for my opinion.
The reasons why young students should be involved in making rules are manifold. Firstly, it is true that children can learn from the decision-making process, and they can understand more about why rules are tremendously important. For example, children are more likely to follow the rules if their opinions are considered. Another key benefit is that these young students can learn how to make decisions, and this will help form their decision-making mind. Furthermore, it is obvious that children are in general more creative than adults, hence they can make the rules more interesting such as they can add more visuals.
However, there are benefits when solely teachers are allowed to make rules. Adults are more mature than children because they have more life experience and more knowledge. If only educators were making rules, the process would be more efficient. For instance, adults know what is the best for their students, so multiple perspectives will still be considered. Although teachers are less creative than kids, rules are not supposed to be like arts, and they are supposed to be strict and clear.
In conclusion, although some people would argue that only educators should make rules, I believe that there are more benefits when young students also involve in the process, such as their creativity can make the rules more interesting, they can learn from making decisions, and they will be more likely to follow the rules.
